We also accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders
and personal checks (we process all personal checks thru Certergy so we will
require your phone number with area code, drivers license number, the state that
you live and your birth date).

Return/Exchange Policy
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS. We will
exchange for another item from the same manufacturer originally purchased
(*excluding: EXTRAVA-GANZA BY HAIR-U-WEAR, RENE OF PARIS, LACEY COSTUME WIGS,
TONY OF BEVERLY, NORIKO, RAQUEL WELCH, HENRY MARGU, HAIR-U-WEAR, PUT ON PIECES,
FLAWLESS, EUROPEAN NATURALS, MOTOWN TRESS and EVA GABOR which do not accept
returns or exchanges. This is a manufacturers policy and we have no authority
over this policy).
Please see EXCHANGE POLICY section for
detail on exchanges. Any items returned to us without a return for exchange
authorization number (RMA) will not be accepted. Any items that are refused and
sent back will incur a $35.00 restocking fee PER ITEM which will be charged to
the original form of payment used to place the order. Cancellation of an order
24 hours after it is placed will incur the same $35.00 restocking PER ITEM.
Balance will be issued as store credit only.
Credits
We do not issue any cash or credit card refunds. Credits are issued through
online credit vouchers only. These vouchers are valid for purchase of any of the
items in our collection at www.WigVillaOnline.com
Exchange Policy
We sell only premium quality new pieces. Therefore: Exchanged wigs or hairpieces
must be in original condition as received with tags attached and no damage or
wear. Request for exchange must be within 5 business days of receipt of product
and have a Return for Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned.
Merchandize accepted for exchange must be received within 8-business day after
an RMA number has been issued. You will be notified of your RMA number via
email. Return freight charges are pre-paid by the customer.

Shipping and handling fees
are NON refundable. Collect shipping returns will be refused.
Request for Exchange
Request for exchange Merchandise Authorization number must be sent via e-mail to
wigvilla@verizon.net. You will receive via e-mail an RMA# and return address to
send your exchange. Do not send your exchange item without a RMA # ON THE
OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. Without an RMA# on the outside of the box your package will
not be accepted.
On a sheet of paper inside your package, please list the following:
Your original order number. *This is very important.
The reason for your exchange and the replacement style name, number, and color
of your replacement piece.
Your ship to address and phone number.
Exchanges may only be made for another wig or hairpiece made by the same
manufacturer as the piece being exchanged. Only one (1) exchange is allowed per
item. There will be a $15 - $35 restocking fee plus shipping cost equal to your
original shipping selection charged to your original payment method.
We can NOT ACCEPT ANY EXCHANGES for EXTRAVA-GANZA by HAIR-U-WEAR, RENE OF PARIS,
NORIKO, RAQUEL WELCH, LACEY COSTUME WIGS, TONY OF BEVERLY, HENRY MARGU,
HAIR-U-WEAR, PUTONPIECES, FLAWLESS, EUROPEAN NATURALS, MOTOWN TRESS & EVA GABOR
products. This is a manufacturers policy and we have no authority over this
policy. PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY when purchasing an Extrava-ganza by Hair-U-Wear,
Rene of Paris, Raquel Welch, Henry Margu, Hair-U-Wear, PutOnPieces, Flawless,
Tony of Beverly, Lacey Costume Wigs, European Naturals, Motown Tress and Eva
Gabor product. If any Rene of Paris, Extrava-ganza by Hair-U-Wear, Raquel Welch,
Lacey Costume Wigs, Tony of Beverly, Henry Margu, Hair-U-Wear, PutOnPieces,
European Naturals, Motown Tress or Eva Gabor Merchandise is returned to us there
will be a $35.00 cancellation fee PER ITEM charged. There will be no credit
applied for your purchase or return item.
Cancellation Fees
We will charge you a $35 PER ITEM cancellation fee if your order is returned to
us because of a bad address or is refused upon delivery. Please check your
address before using the submit button! Fill out ALL areas of the order form. We
need your billing name, address and phone, shipping name, address and phone, and
your EMAIL ADDRESS. If we cannot contact you about a problem with your order,
your order will not be processed in a timely manner.
Back Orders
If a backorder occurs on your order, it will be promptly sent to you as soon as
it arrives! If you don't receive it in a reasonable length of time, please let
us know by sending us an email to:
support@wigvillaonline.com .
Order Processing
Your order will be processed within 1-12 hours of you placing your order. All
orders are placed with the manufacturer upon processing your order. Contingent
on manufacturer availability your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days
of your order being processed and placed with the manufacturer. At such time
your item will be ground shipped. **Please Note: Incorrect billing information
and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as these
orders must be verified.
